Job Description

Entry Level Production Assembly Seeking a detail-oriented SMT Assembly Technician to assemble, inspect, and process electronic components using automated manufacturing equipment. Entry Level Production Assembly Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $16.00 to $20.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm) Operate SMT production equipment and replenish component feeders as needed. Set up and run automated placement machines to assemble electronic components on circuit boards. Inspect finished assemblies for quality and identify defects or failed units. Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine machine maintenance and document production and quality data.

Entry Level Production Assembly Qualifications:

2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
