Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate packaging machines and related equipment with precision, ensuring smooth and efficient production flow Perform routine equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs to minimize downtime Handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards Maintain accurate production documentation, including logs of machine operation, maintenance, and safety inspections Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to create a safe working environment Assist with setup, changeovers, and cleaning of packaging machinery as needed to meet production schedules Requirements Previous experience operating packaging machines or similar industrial equipment is preferred Mechanical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills are highly desirable Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand tools, and other material handling equipment safely Strong understanding of GMP, safety standards in production, and food manufacturing regulations Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and quality checks Knowledge of machining processes or industrial equipment troubleshooting is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace by adhering to all safety protocols and PPE use Join our team as a Packaging Operator where your energy and attention to detail will contribute directly to our manufacturing excellence.
