As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for the precise operation of laser machinery and supporting the production team in various metal fabrication tasks. This role requires technical skill and attention to detail, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a dedicated individual with a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least two years of manufacturing and machine operating experience. You must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to effectively perform the essential functions of this role, including reading a tape measure/scale accurately to the 1/32nd. The role can be physically demanding, requiring prolonged standing, frequent lifting and carrying up to 35lbs, and occasional crouching, kneeling, climbing, stooping, bending, and balancing. You will also need critical and analytical thinking skills. Previous experience with forklifts and cranes is preferred, but training will be provided. Familiarity with various measuring tools and basic computer skills are also beneficial. You should be comfortable in a noisy, fast-paced environment and aware of working around rolling tables, carts, and forklifts.
