Machine Operator:
Operate automated assembly and production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, process, inspect, and package products according to specifications Monitor machine performance, process parameters, alarms, and product quality throughout production runs; troubleshooting as needed Support machine changeovers and line clearance activities Complete production records, inspection results, and other required documentation accurately and on time; reporting any concerns Follow all applicable work instructions, SOPs, cleanroom procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards Job Requirements for
Machine Operator:
Basic technical understanding of automated manufacturing or assembly processes Basic understanding of HMI systems, robots, sensors, actuators, conveyors Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize equipment malfunctions Ability to follow technical work instructions Previous experience in manufacturing, automated production, assembly preferred Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
