Job Description

Machine Operator We are seeking an experienced and dependable Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Spartanburg, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience operating textile/manufacturing equipment and will be responsible for safely operating equipment while maintaining quality and production standards. ResponsibilitiesSafely operate and monitor Cutter, Creel, and Winder equipment.

Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to production specifications.

Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues.

Load and unload materials and ensure proper material placement.

Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.

Identify equipment issues and report mechanical or operational problems to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance team.

Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Meet established production, quality, and safety goals.

Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

Experience operating Cutter, Creel, or Winder equipment is a plus.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Must be able to follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Shift:
1st Shift / Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay $22.52 /hr #IND3
