•30/hr (commensurate with experience) PowerStream Solutions builds to quality electrical distribution equipment. We have a growing sheet metal fabrication shop looking for motivated Machine Operators to join our team. In this role you will operate state-of-the-art equipment and contribute directly to producing high-quality custom metal parts for a variety of industries. Key Equipment You'll Operate (full cross-training provided): CNC Laser Cutting CNC Press Brake (bending/forming)

CNC Punch Press Powder Coating Systems Responsibilities:

Set up and operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

Ability to reliably attend work as scheduled (excellent attendance is a must) Comfortable using computers for machine interfaces and basic record-keeping Solid understanding of mechanical drawings/blueprints Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience strongly preferred CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a shop environment
