Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products. Your expertise will ensure that each design is executed with precision and efficiency, contributing to our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Set up embroidery machines according to design specifications, including loading threads, stabilizers, and digitized files. Operate embroidery machine, ensuring smooth production flow. Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment to prevent downtime and ensure longevity. Troubleshoot technical issues such as thread breaks, needle breaks, or design misalignments promptly to minimize production delays. Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency, making corrections when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience operating embroidery or similar textile machinery in a manufacturing or custom apparel environment. Strong understanding of embroidery processes is preferred. Ability to read and interpret design files and technical specifications accurately. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality embroidered products. Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on embroidery machines. Strong communication skills and and attitude to have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
