Job Title:

Machine Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate production and packing machinery safely and efficiently according to company procedures and training. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper performance, quality standards, and productivity goals are met. Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company specifications. Perform packing, labeling, and palletizing of products as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and sanitation standards. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly. Follow all workplace safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets. Complete required documentation and production records accurately.

Requirements / Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 12-hour shifts. Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn; company-provided training will be available. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential. Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting with exposure to machinery and noise. Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as provided.

Compensation Hourly wage:
