Job Description

A Pallet Machine Operator operates and monitors machinery used to manufacture, assemble, or process wooden pallets. The operator is responsible for maintaining production quality, meeting output targets, and following workplace safety procedures. Pay Training Pay starts at $10.00 once trained you will move to piece price. This means the more pallets you produce the more you make. If you are motivated and reliable this is the job for you. You can make up to $200 per day producing pallets on the machine. Key Responsibilities Operate pallet manufacturing and assembly machinery safely and efficiently. Load raw materials such as lumber, boards, nails, and other components into machines. Monitor equipment during production and make basic adjustments as needed. Inspect finished pallets for quality, dimensions, defects, and proper assembly. Remove defective products and perform basic troubleshooting. Keep the work area, machinery, and tools clean and organized. Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel. Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements. Assist with stacking, wrapping, moving, or preparing finished pallets for shipment. Work cooperatively with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams. Qualifications Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery preferred. Pallet manufacturing, woodworking, or warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to read basic measurements and production instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Good attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and finished pallets. Ability to work around machinery, noise, dust, and moving equipment while using required PPE. Typical Schedule full-time, some weekends , Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Pay:
From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 - 55.0 per week
