Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW
> > We are seeking a reliable Packaging Operator to support production and > warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role > involves packaging, labeling, palletizing, and operating Form, Fill, Seal > (FFS) equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are > met. > >- > > >
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
> >- Assemble packaging materials including boxes, lids, labels, and related > materials >
- Operate packaging and transfer equipment following visual operating > procedures >
- Stack, palletize, label, and prepare finished products for shipment >
- Perform repackaging and general production support tasks as needed >
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times >
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines >
- Support general labor duties to assist production flow >
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals > >

REQUIREMENTS
> >- Must be able to read, write, and speak English >
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) >
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout shift >
- Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor warehouse conditions and varying > weather >
- Strong punctuality and reliability required >
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately >
- Must be willing to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and > holidays > >

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
> >- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times >
- Must follow all OSHA and site safety rules and procedures >

Location:
Baytown, TX >Shift:
Day Shift (7:00 AM- 7:00 PM) >
Schedule:
12-hour shifts; must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and > holidays as needed >Training:
