We offer weekly pay + benefits. Pay is $21.50/hour | Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM), weekends as needed | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunities available | At $21.50/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,182.50 gross. Position Overview FieldBridge is hiring an SMT Machine Operator to support a manufacturing client in Sugar Land, TX. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The ideal candidate has hands-on electronics assembly experience and a strong understanding of quality standards. Key Responsibilities Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members Operate SMT equipment (screen printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens) according to procedures and job requirements Maintain equipment per procedures, reporting problems or deviations Assemble and solder printed circuit boards, reading design drawings as needed Apply Manufacturing System principles and tools to drive continuous improvement Required Qualifications 2-3 years of relevant experience High School Diploma or GED Hands-on experience with SMT machine operation, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens Experience with assembly/soldering of PCBs and electronic component identification Understanding of quality standards Proficiency with computers and SAP Ability to work weekends as needed English language proficiency
