We are a fast growing company and we need people who can take on challenges with an upbeat attitude! What Would I Be Doing? You would be assisting the lead mixer in cutting dough from our mixer into 30lb chunks, using a stretch and fold technique to prepare it for a bulk ferment. While waiting for the mixer to finish you would be assisting the shift lead with shaping dough into loaves of bread. We are a high volume bakery, producing thousands of items a day. When Would I Be Working? We have an awesome 4 day work week schedule!

You would be working:

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 12:30A - 8:30A.
