We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Richland Center, WI area. What makes this opportunity a little different is that they aren't just looking for someone to run a machine. Key Responsibilities Operate food manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Monitor equipment performance and product quality Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting Receive hands-on training in machine maintenance and preventative maintenance Help identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime Follow GMP, food safety, quality and workplace safety requirements Work closely with production and maintenance personnel Help around the plant with various tasks as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of Machine Operator, Production Operator, or similar manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning maintenance Comfortable working with manufacturing machinery and tools Dependable work history and strong attendance Willingness to learn troubleshooting and basic equipment repair Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment If you have experience as a Machine Operator and are looking for a new opportunity, APPLY NOW.
