Monday-Friday Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Opportunity for Growth What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality medical products while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
Assemble, inspect, repair, and test products by following detailed work instructions. Set up production, assembly, packaging, and preparation operations. Perform line clearances prior to production runs. Complete production and equipment documentation accurately. Assist Engineering and Maintenance with equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs. Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Support new equipment installations and production validations. Help identify and resolve product quality issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and operational excellence programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Properly dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures. Follow all quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures. What We're Looking For Must have a High School Diploma or GED - Required Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures Basic math skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude Pass a Background Check Physical Requirements Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods throughout the shift Frequently bend, twist, squat, reach, push, and pull Occasionally crawl or climb as needed Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Good close, distance, and color vision with depth perception Why Apply?
