PM Pay Rate:
$20.50-$21.00/
Hour Job Description:
Assemble, align, calibrate, and test hardware products according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and SOPs. Follow production plans, work orders, and quality standards to ensure on-time completion. Comply with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, and ISO requirements. Troubleshoot production issues, recommend quality improvements, and collaborate with team members. Maintain accurate production records, training documentation, and a clean, safe work environment. Assist with training new team members as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 0-2 years of relevant experience; regulated industry experience preferred. Must read, write, and speak fluent English. Proficiency with Microsoft applications. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and lift up to 30 lbs.
