Contract Job Overview We are hiring a Cleanroom Production Technician for a contract opportunity supporting the production of pipettes used in medical and scientific applications. This position is based in a regulated cleanroom environment and offers hands-on experience in precision manufacturing. Candidates will start with labeling, sleeving, and packaging responsibilities and may have opportunities to expand into microscope-based assembly and operation of semi-automated equipment. Responsibilities Perform labeling, sleeving, packaging, and inspection of pipette products. Follow cleanroom procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Conduct visual and microscope inspections to ensure product quality. Assemble small components with accuracy and attention to detail. Operate heat-forming equipment and support manufacturing processes. Learn and operate semi-automated production equipment as trained. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. Accurately complete required production and quality documentation. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, medical assembly, or cleanroom environments preferred. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and GMP guidelines. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working with small components. Experience using microscopes for assembly or inspection is a plus. Ability to wear cleanroom PPE, including scrubs and hair nets, throughout the shift. Work Environment Cleanroom manufacturing facility with strict contamination-control protocols. Team-oriented setting with approximately eight production technicians. Use of microscopes, heat-forming equipment, and semi-automated manufacturing systems.
Consistent first-shift schedule:
