Job Description

  • Only qualified Assembler candidates located near the Durham, North Carolina area will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence
  • Required Education
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) requiredRequired Experience
  • Zero to one year of manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Stable work history with at least one to two years with an employer
  • Mechanical aptitude Tech Skills
  • Ability to read interpret and comprehend manufacturing specifications written in English
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to use basic measurement tools including microscopes
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods
  • Ability to set up operate maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipmentSoft Skills
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work with coworkers Team Leads and Supervisors
  • Willingness to rotate between different tasks and responsibilities

  • Perform fabrication manufacturing assembly testing and packaging of medical devices
  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
  • Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as required
  • Conduct quality inspections on processing lines according to established quality specifications
  • Follow clearly defined SOPs scientific methods and quality guidelines
  • Read and follow manufacturing specifications and work instructions
  • Use basic measurement tools including microscopes
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations as required
  • Rotate between different manufacturing tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain consistent quality and accuracy throughout manufacturing activities
  • Follow established safety and quality procedures
  • Regularly stand walk and sit for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
