Job Description

CoWorx is seeking Medical Device Assemblers in the Portsmouth, NH area! Join a growing medical device team where precision, consistency, and quality truly matter. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, following detailed processes, and taking pride in producing high-quality products in a clean, climate-controlled setting. We're seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a structured, hands-on environment. As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll play a key role in building and supporting production of innovative healthcare products.
Responsibilities:
Assemble medical devices and sub-components with a high level of accuracy Build sub-assemblies and fixtures to support production Perform post-processing of 3D-printed parts Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot and evaluate assemblies as needed Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and tracking materials Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality documentation (GDP/GMP) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Support overall production needs as the business grows
Desired Background/Skills:
Assembly or production experience in a regulated setting strongly preferred Experience following work instructions, blueprints, or engineering drawings Comfortable using mechanical and/or electrical hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work with small parts and maintain precision Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed High School Diploma or equivalent
