Job Description

Join a Leading Medical Device Manufacturing Team! We are hiring Medical Device Assembly Operators to support the production of life-changing medical devices in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. If you have experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, electronics, quality inspection, or medical device manufacturing , we'd love to hear from you! Schedule Monday - Thursday 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM ✔ 3-Day Weekend Every Week! Job Responsibilities Assemble small medical device components following detailed work instructions. Perform production, assembly, testing, and inspection of finished products. Handle small parts with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines. Perform visual quality inspections to ensure product meets specifications. Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Work in a clean, safety-focused production environment. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Experience in medical device, electronics, aerospace, or precision assembly is a plus. Ability to work with small parts and repetitive assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures. Basic computer skills. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
