PM Schedule:

40 hrs/week | 30-min lunch

Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly of medical device components.
• Work with miniature components under a microscope.
• Perform hand soldering, bonding, and cable assembly.
• Mix and apply epoxy as required.
• Use small hand tools such as tweezers, picks, and X-Acto knives.
• Perform limited product testing and follow assembly procedures/drawings.
• Complete DHRs, data sheets, and lot-control documentation.
• Meet production schedules and standard time requirements.
• Maintain equipment, tools, fixtures, and 5S/Lean standards.
• Report material shortages and quality/nonconformance issues. Required Skills
• Fine motor skills / manual dexterity
• Microscope assembly experience preferred
• Hand soldering experience preferred
• Ability to read drawings, diagrams, work orders, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment when required Preferred Background
• Experience with small components and hand tools
• Fine-motor hobbies such as cross-stitch, needlepoint, or diamond painting
