Job Description
JOB #864-306 Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring an Assembler I / II in Houston, TX 77099. Performs instrument assembly by following instructions on drawings and work instructions Assemble medical devices and components according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Operate small hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment. Performs in- process inspection to ensure products meet specifications Will be performing bead blasting operations Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe Filling out time sheets and all other required paperwork, relationships within the work team
Job Requirements:
Must have 5 years of related assembly experience Must have manufacturing experience, preferably related to medical device experience Must have experience using the following measuring instruments, like micrometers, calipers, and gauges Must have experience in freehand grinding on the standing belt and polishing wheels to create shapes, smooth edges and surfaces Must know how to set up and operate manual benders and pneumatic/ hydraulic presses. Must have great communication skills Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Pay :
$21.00 per hour. We pay weekly.
