• $20 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Record keeping Full Job Description Summary of essential job functions: Perform field restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning, etc Setting Drying Equipment Removing and disposing of debris Antimicrobial Applications as appropriate Setting up and taking down Negative air chamber/clean room Provides after hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service once a month Interaction with homeowners, property managers or other individuals while carrying out job responsibilities should be conducted in a courteous and professional manner Documenting the job by, taking and uploading photos, tic sheet record keeping, and adding notes into our job database (Restore) for our in house representatives to use Knowledge of pack-out procedures and fire restoration techniques.

Attention to detail, ensuring thorough cleaning, deodorizing, and proper packing. Organizational skills to maintain an organized warehouse and accurate inventory. Time management to meet deadlines for billing and deliverables. Clear communication skills to coordinate with the team and clients. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges during pack-out operations. Minimum requirements

• Ensure compliance with Industry standards.
• Perform all labor related to mitigation and remediation services
• Be On-Call for emergency services as required based on the On-Call schedule.
• Document services performed accurately
• Follow company standards of service.
