We are seeking a Injection Mold Setup Operator to support production by performing mold changes, machine setups, and process adjustments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced molding equipment while growing your skills in a stable, team-oriented facility. What You'll Do Perform mold changes and machine setups according to production schedules. Install, remove, and secure molds, tooling, water lines, and auxiliary equipment. Start up molding machines and verify product quality meets specifications. Make process adjustments to maintain optimal cycle times and production efficiency. Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and equipment issues to minimize downtime. Conduct first-piece inspections and work closely with Quality to ensure compliance. Complete required setup documentation, production records, and shift reports. Support preventive maintenance activities and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies. What We're Looking For 2+ years of injection mold setup, processing, or molding experience. Strong understanding of injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment. Ability to read work orders, setup sheets, and basic technical documents. Experience troubleshooting molding defects and process issues. Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools. Forklift and crane experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and moving equipment. Why Join Us? Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
