• Hour TBD Position Summary Creative Packaging Company is seeking an experienced EPS Shape Mold Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair EPS shape molding machines and related production equipment. This role is responsible for minimizing downtime, completing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Weekend Schedule

40 hours per week Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on EPS shape molding machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, and vacuum system issues.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production concerns to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and repair motors, pumps, valves, sensors, switches, cylinders, controls, and other machine components.
• Assist with machine adjustments, startups, shutdowns, changeovers, and equipment performance issues.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective or preventative solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate outstanding repair needs to production and management.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, PPE, and electrical safety requirements.
• Assist with general facility and production equipment maintenance as needed. Qualifications
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience maintaining or troubleshooting EPS shape molding machines strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, vacuum, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams and safely use maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently during the Friday-Monday weekend schedule.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, climb, and reach around equipment; lift up to 50 pounds as needed; and safely work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise and temperatures.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
