- 4:00 PM We are looking for a dependable Mixer Operator to join our cake and cheesecake manufacturing team.
This position is responsible for accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality batters, fillings, and icings while meeting production, quality, and food safety standards. Responsibilities Mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules. Operate mixers, scales, and other production equipment. Follow formulas, GMPs, food safety, and safety procedures. Complete production records and reports accurately. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Report equipment issues to supervisors. Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous food manufacturing or bakery experience preferred. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math. Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Flexible to work overtime or additional hours as needed. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. or more. Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Environment Food manufacturing facility producing cakes and cheesecakes. Exposure to allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
