Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rubber Injection Molding Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rubber injection molding machines, ensuring high-quality production of rubber components. Your expertise in machine operation, materials handling, and quality inspection will be essential to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. Client is willing to train the right candidates.

Job Description:
Operates all presses on production floor. Complete individual daily production reports and job routing information. Complete Quality Statistical Data reports as required. Produce quality parts and maintain 100% uptime and 100% of standard. Documentation is completed without errors and before the end of shift. Required statistical data is maintained and recorded on time and is current by verification at any time during the day. Takes direction from Shift Supervisor and Senior Supervisor. Maintain communication with supervisor about any problems you may encounter. Makes sure to inspect parts for quality defects such as trapped air or contamination. There are "0" rejects as a result of failure to check parts during a run. Required statistical data is maintained and recorded on time and is current by verification at any time during the day. Always maintain a safe work environment. Always wear the company provided proper PP (personal protective equipment) like protective eyewear, high temp sleeves, gloves, etc. Follow all press procedures for safe operation. Our goal is zero loss time accidents.What we expect:
