Job Description
Job Overview Allegheny Performance Plastics is hiring a Molding Technician to run and monitor injection molding machines on our production floor. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in consistent quality and a safe, efficient work area. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines Inspect parts for defects and make minor process adjustments Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues Package and label finished parts Maintain accurate production logs Follow all safety procedures Experience 1 year of injection molding or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read work orders and basic blueprints Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to [35-50] lbs Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance High school diploma or equivalent This role is ideal for individuals passionate about manufacturing technology who thrive in dynamic environments where precision meets innovation!
