Champion Restoration is seeking a dependable, hardworking TDLR Registered Mold Worker to join our Emergency Services team. This is a hands-on field position assisting with residential and commercial mold remediation and restoration projects. We are looking for someone who understands proper mold remediation procedures, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in completing work safely and professionally. Responsibilities Perform mold remediation work according to established protocols and TDLR requirements Set up and maintain containment and negative-air environments Safely remove affected drywall, insulation, flooring and other building materials Perform HEPA vacuuming, detailed cleaning and remediation procedures Set up, monitor and remove air-filtration and restoration equipment Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site Properly use PPE and follow company safety procedures Assist with water mitigation and other emergency restoration projects as needed Take job-site photos and assist with required project documentation Load, unload and maintain company equipment and vehicles Follow direction from the Project Manager and Lead Technician Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and team members Qualifications Current TDLR Mold Worker Registration required Mold remediation or restoration experience strongly preferred Water mitigation experience is a plus Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record and background check Able to pass company employment requirements Able to perform physical restoration work, including lifting equipment and building materials Comfortable working in PPE and containment environments Willing to work occasional after-hours or emergency assignments when needed Dependable, professional and team-oriented Why Champion Restoration? Pay:
