Job Title Moldmaker Overview We are looking for an experienced Moldmaker to join our team. As a Moldmaker, you design, machine, and assemble precision molds for plastic injection molding. Your expertise in tooling, CNC machining, and CAM programming will be essential in producing high-quality molds for our customers. Duties

• Precision measurement: Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators, and depth gauges to ensure accuracy in mold fabrication
• Assemble and disassemble molds for maintenance and adjustments
• Program CNC machines for mold production
• Conduct CAM programming for machining operations
• Fabricate components using various tools and techniques including CNC Mills, lathes, EDM, Manual Machining, Welding, Grinding
• Perform quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools Requirements
• Proven experience as a Moldmaker or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of tooling and CNC machining
• Experience with plastics injection molding processes
• Ability to program CAM software for machining operations
• Strong ability to fabricate components accurately
