Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding, is seeking a dedicated Mold Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mold Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

Mulitple shifts What's the Job? Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on molds and tooling equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mold and tooling issues on the production floor to minimize downtime. Set up, change over, and modify molds according to production requirements to meet quality standards. Disassemble and assemble mold components, including hot runner systems, ensuring safety and precision. Operate tool room equipment such as milling machines, CNC mills, EDM machines, grinders, welders, and polishing equipment. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of mold maintenance, mold repair, tooling, or related manufacturing experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ability to adhere to safety procedures and complete equipment inspections. What's in it for me?
