Company Description Accelerated Plastics is a full-service injection molding manufacturer based in New Richmond, WI. We specialize in producing precision plastic components for consumer, industrial, and medical device applications. We are
ISO 13485
certified with a Class 8 cleanroom for medical parts. Our facility runs 17 injection molding machines ranging from 20 to 500 tons, giving us the flexibility to handle a wide range of part sizes and production volumes. Beyond molding, we offer in-house assembly, packaging, and design for manufacturing support — making us a true partner from concept to finished product. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in New Richmond, WI for an Entry-Level Injection Molding Set-Up Technician/Operator. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines while upholding quality standards and supporting smooth production processes. The role also involves troubleshooting machine issues, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with team members to optimize workflows and production efficiency. Competitive pay and no weekends (8 hour days). As a growing company, we offer plenty of opportunity to advance into higher roles. Formal internship and/or training with paid tuition is also available for the right candidate. Qualifications Basic mechanical aptitude and experience operating or maintaining machinery Understanding of injection molding processes, or a strong willingness to learn Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment issues Commitment to following and enforcing safety protocols Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes and technologies High school diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing or injection molding experience is a plus

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
