Chief Operations Officer Job Summary The Site Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations at the Ontario, CA facility to ensure production objectives are achieved in alignment with company standards for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role provides operational leadership and coordination of production personnel, equipment, and processes while supporting operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness. The Site Operations Leader operates under the strategic direction of the Chief Operations Officer and supports execution of operational priorities within the facility. Essential Job Functions Operational Leadership and Execution Oversee daily production activities to ensure manufacturing output meets established production schedules, quality standards, and delivery requirements. Monitor operational performance metrics, including productivity, quality, scrap, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Support implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures, work instructions, and company policies. Identify operational challenges and coordinate timely resolution to minimize disruption to production. Personnel Leadership and Supervision Provide direct supervision, coaching, and guidance to production supervisors, team leaders, and assigned staff. Support staffing coordination, training, performance feedback, and development of manufacturing personnel. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Address routine employee relations matters in coordination with Human Resources. Continuous Improvement and Process Support Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to production, quality, or operational performance issues. Assist with implementation of process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational best practices. Safety, Quality, and Compliance Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards. Promote safe working conditions and reinforce safety expectations across production teams. Support compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements. Coordination and Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to support production needs. Communicate operational status, issues, and performance to the Chief Operations Officer and relevant stakeholders. Support facility-level operational planning and execution activities as directed. Additional Duties Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet business needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or production operations experience. Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and operational performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or regulated manufacturing environments. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supporting production scheduling, workforce coordination, or operational planning. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to analyze operational data and support performance improvement initiatives. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational priorities. Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, production processes, and operational workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production or ERP systems. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to observe and monitor production activities in a manufacturing environment. Ability to use standard office and computer equipment. Pay:

$105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
