Contract Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and common areas. Perform general building maintenance and repairs. Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs. Respond to maintenance requests and work orders. Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs are needed.

Position Requirements:

Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to safely use common hand and power tools. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
