You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview The Supplier Throughput Analysis Specialist (STAS) will be responsible for supporting the Supplier Quality Development team in implementing / sustaining autonomous and preventive maintenance practices at supplier facilities. The STAS will lead the supplier in a structured approach by coaching supplier teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability, operator ownership, and long-term asset performance. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), workplace organization, and throughput optimization. The candidate will also implement Workplace Organizational methodology ensuring that the job station is set up properly to sustain continued production.
Note:
This role will require working at supplier sites approximately 80-90% of the time, supporting on-site implementation, coaching, and analysis. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: Ability to quickly and accurately identify equipment-related issues, frame problems, and implement effective resolutions Apply advanced maintenance and problem-solving tools to eliminate chronic equipment failures and reduce downtime Serve as a coach and mentor in autonomous maintenance including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and early equipment management Lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance strategies to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build operator capability, ownership, and workplace organization Implement and sustain 5S and visual management systems to improve workplace efficiency and safety Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple autonomous and preventive maintenance projects across supplier and plant locations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, and workplace organization into broader quality and reliability strategies
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field; other degrees with relevant experience may be considered Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering Proven expertise in TPM, autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance systems, and workplace organization Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel across international borders as needed Benefits Salaried Employee Benefits (US, Non-Represented) Health & Wellbeing Comprehensive coverages encompassing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and overall Wellbeing of our employees, including short- and long-term disability.
