You will drive operational excellence by diagnosing technical challenges and implementing optimization strategies that directly impact plant efficiency and product quality. Responsibilities Lead the commissioning and startup phases for advanced cement processing machinery to ensure seamless integration. Conduct comprehensive process audits to identify opportunities for enhancing fuel efficiency and reducing emissions. Resolve complex mechanical and process issues involving kilns, coolers, and material handling systems to minimize downtime. Deliver expert-led training sessions to onsite personnel, fostering best practices in equipment operation. Translate technical findings into actionable reports that guide client decision-making and operational improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical sales initiatives and long-term project success. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. Proven background in cement manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial commissioning. Deep technical knowledge of pyroprocessing, VRMs, and rotary kiln operations. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex industrial systems and optimize production workflows. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Flexibility to support onsite operations across North America as required. Preferred Skills Experience with SCADA systems and electrical schematic interpretation. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies in a heavy industrial environment. Prior experience in a client-facing or field-based engineering capacity.
