About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a vital technical resource dedicated to optimizing facility uptime and equipment reliability. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to drive operational efficiency and ensure all infrastructure meets rigorous performance standards. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifecycles. Diagnose and resolve complex technical malfunctions in industrial electrical and mechanical systems. Manage the installation and calibration of facility equipment to support ongoing project initiatives. Maintain precise documentation of service logs and spare parts inventory to ensure operational readiness. Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies to streamline maintenance workflows and workplace organization. Uphold strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, during all repair activities. Provide rapid response support for emergency equipment failures to maintain continuous production flow. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven professional experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting PLC, pneumatic, and high-voltage systems (120/208/240/480V). Strong analytical mindset with a focus on mechanical and electrical problem-solving. Preferred Skills Technical certification or specialized trade school training. Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles in a facility setting. Ability to interpret complex technical schematics and blueprints. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
