Primary Responsibilities:

The Senior Knowledge Management Technician leads development, governance, lifecycle management, and optimization of USPTO knowledge articles supporting Service Desk, APR, UCC, and self-service operations. Additionally, in this position you will: Develop and maintain enterprise knowledge articles. Perform knowledge quality reviews. Support AI-enabled knowledge management initiatives. Conduct knowledge audits and lifecycle reviews. Coordinate with service owners and technical teams. Drive self-service content improvements.

Qualifications:

Five (5) years of knowledge management experience. Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
