Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, and repair of water, sewer, and gas utilities Maintenance and repair of streets, alleys, and ditches Locate underground utilities through JULIE system General Maintenance on equipment Read Meters Must be able to work in ALL weather conditions Must be able to work well with the public Must be prepared to work overtime Willing to rotate on call, after scheduled Requirements Must live in a 30-minute response time of Stonington Natural Gas Operator Certification (IF NOT CERTIFIED, you will be required to become Certified within a 1-yea period CDL or will need to obtain one Heavy equipment knowledge and experience Must be able to read and follow maps High school diploma or equivalent If hired, applicant will be required to take a drug test
