Seabrook, New Hampshire (Onsite) Role OverviewWe are seeking a Construction Supervisor to coordinate and oversee work activities performed by contractors and vendors. This role is responsible for assessing labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance. The position involves conducting field observations to ensure the supplemental labor force adheres to the highest standards of industrial safety, nuclear safety, and human performance. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and implement construction and maintenance work performed by contractors and vendors.

Assess labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance by craft in the field.

Engage in documented field observations to ensure the supplemental labor force meets the highest degree of industrial safety, nuclear safety, and human performance standards.

Perform walk downs of planned and ongoing work to verify constructability, resource allocations, and design requirements, resolving field issues as they arise.

Manage scope control, budget, schedules, and work in progress to ensure tasks are effectively implemented.

Provide leadership and coaching to Construction Supervisors and the supplemental workforce.

Communicate departmental, station, and division goals and validate each performer's ability to impact those goals.

Required QualificationsEducation:

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.

Experience:

15+ years of construction and maintenance experience, including advanced leadership roles. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience at a nuclear facility is preferred.

Technical Skills:

A working knowledge of project estimating, budgeting, cost tracking, and control is required. Strong field leadership and communication skills are essential. The ability to drive safety and quality performance in a regulated nuclear environment is necessary. Additional InformationThis position requires unescorted badge access into nuclear protected areas. The selected worker will follow onsite in-processing procedures. Driving is not a required part of the position duties.
