Job Summary Operates and maintains cryogenic gas processing equipment to safely produce NGLs and pipeline-quality gas while meeting safety and environmental standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor compressors, turboexpanders, pumps, and control systems Start up, shut down, and adjust processes Monitor pressures, temperatures, and flow rates Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues Perform LOTO and support maintenance activities Maintain logs and respond to alarms/emergencies Use DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems Follow safety, environmental, and company policies Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Relevant experience or technical training Knowledge of gas processing and control systems Ability to read P&IDs and troubleshoot equipment Willingness to work rotating shifts Physical Requirements Climb, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in industrial conditions Wear required PPE Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong safety focus Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in teams Work Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Overtime and call-outs as needed
