Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of pipeline construction projects from mobilization through final completion while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Provide hands-on field leadership by supervising crews, subcontractors, and equipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily construction activities, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment needs. Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, company standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by conducting daily safety meetings, inspections, and ensuring OSHA and company safety compliance. Read and interpret blueprints, utility plans, specifications, and project schedules to effectively direct field operations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, clients, and utility representatives to keep projects progressing smoothly. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to minimize delays and control costs. Mentor, train, and develop field personnel while fostering teamwork, accountability, and high-performance standards. Complete daily reports, production tracking, job documentation, and other required project records. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and verify compliance with project specifications. Manage project resources efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
