The H&K Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Plant Operator to support our construction materials operations. In this role, you will safely operate and monitor asphalt or concrete plant equipment, adjust controls, and ensure consistent material quality. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. You'll load trucks, track production data, and follow strict safety and environmental standards. Working closely with supervisors and mechanics, you'll help keep production running efficiently while supporting a family-oriented, safety-first culture with opportunities for long-term growth.
