Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic as a Centrifuge Operator and become a vital part of our oil reclamation and waste treatment processing operation. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain 2 and 3 phase centrifuge equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic fast-paced energy sector environment where your mechanical knowledge and equipment operation skills can be utilized and expanded. Company provided on location housing available if needed. Duties Operate centrifuge machinery in accordance with safety protocols and operational procedures to separate oilfield fluids, slurries and emulsions. Monitor equipment performance making adjustments as necessary for optimal operation. Conduct routine inspections of centrifuges, pumps, piping, tanks and other process equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation and outputs meeting quality standards. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on process equipment. Daily reporting and maintaining an orderly, safe work environment. Lead other team members to ensure safe, efficient operations. Follow strict safety protocols including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all operations and maintenance activities. This is not meant to be an all-inclusive list of duties, but rather a fair representation of the main type of duties to be performed on a daily basis. Skills Proven experience operating centrifuges within oil & gas or petrochemical processing facilities. 3 Phase experience helpful. 2 Phase experience required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret P&IDs and troubleshoot equipment repair issues. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment efficiently in outdoor work environments. Knowledge of safety protocols specific to oilfield activities, including emergency response readiness and PPE requirements.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:
