Night/Weekend Shift Location:

Proctor, WV Seeking a dependable, safety-focused Plant Operator to join our gas production facility in Proctor, WV. This is a hands-on position responsible for the safe operation of industrial gas production equipment and plant systems. Training is provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities Safely operate and monitor production equipment and plant systems Fill and handle industrial gas trailers Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and housekeeping of the facility Troubleshoot equipment and assist with repairs as needed Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures Complete required documentation and production records Work independently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and reliability Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Self-motivated with a positive, "go-getter" attitude Mechanical aptitude required Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Welding and industrial maintenance experience is a plus Previous hydrogen/industrial gas, chemical plant, manufacturing, or process plant experience preferred, but not required Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Health insurance and additional benefits Opportunity to build a long-term career in the industrial gas industry Join a company with decades of experience supplying gases throughout the region.
