We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Prepress Specialist to join our wide-format print production team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and

software, along with a strong understanding of preparing files for large-format printing. Responsibilities Prepare, preflight, and format customer artwork for wide-format printing Review files for resolution, dimensions, color, bleeds, fonts, and other potential production issues Work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to edit and prepare artwork Use

software to process files and prepare them for production Ensure artwork is properly sized and set up according to job specifications Troubleshoot file and artwork issues and communicate with customers or team members when corrections are needed Maintain accuracy and consistency while working on multiple jobs and deadlines Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure files are ready for print Organize and maintain digital files and job folders Perform quality checks to help ensure printed products meet customer and company standards Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional experience in prepress, graphic production, or a related print environment Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Experience with

software Strong understanding of file preparation for wide-format printing Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to troubleshoot artwork and production issues Ability to prioritize multiple jobs in a fast-paced production environment Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Preferred Experience Experience with wide-format printers, signage, window graphics, wall graphics, or other large-format applications is a plus.
