8-Hour Day shift: Mon - Fri (8:30AM to 5:00PM)

What We Are Looking For… We are looking for an experienced or entry-level Digital Print Operator. This position is involved in all aspects of the printing, scanning and production process. You will be responsible for the preparation, production and distribution of printed documents as well as helping assist others on the team. Scanning and shipping knowledge are a huge bonus. The ideal candidate does not need to have experience with Small-Format or Wide-Format printers. BHFX will train you on our equipment. Having experience with printing equipment is a huge plus. The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute and bring a positive attitude every day. Superior communication skills in interacting with clients and team members are crucial to your success. Candidate should have a strong work ethic and be able to make decisions when needed. Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft software and Adobe software is not required, but experience is highly preferred. Reading and understanding instructions are of the utmost importance in the entire production process.

CORE RESPONSIBILTIES

Interact directly with clients in order to provide the highest quality service
Manage timelines, manage print queue's and manage client expectations
Prepare, troubleshoot, and quality control digital files using various software programs
Operate the print, scan and finishing equipment to ensure the highest quality output
Perform all bindery functions, packaging & labeling.
Prepare parcels for company delivery, shipping or messenger
Ability to assist with local deliveries if needed
Read and understand instructions from clients
Communicate with clients to ensure we understand their needs
