Key Responsibilities

Load pathology slides from customer storage into designated baskets and prepare them for digitization
Unload slides after scanning and return them accurately to customer storage locations
Review scanned slide images flagged for manual quality review and determine whether rescanning is needed
Clean, maintain, and calibrate scanning instruments according to established schedules and procedures
Troubleshoot equipment errors or scanning issues and escalate concerns when needed
Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, instrument issues, maintenance activity, and quality review results.

High school diploma required.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in a medical, laboratory, pathology, healthcare, manufacturing, or technical production environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
Aptitude for operating medical or scientific instruments.
Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with local and offshore team members.
Self-starter with the ability to stay organized and productive during assigned shifts.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes in a regulated, medical, scientific, or technical production environment.
