Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print Technician with a great work ethic and an eagerness to learn. The Technician will be using digital printing and cutting equipment. An ability to quickly learn and implement what has been taught is essential. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain digital printing and cutting equipment for short- and long-run print jobs Review and adjust digital files to ensure they meet quality and color accuracy standards before printing Collaborate with production artists to verify design intent is accurately translated into printed output Troubleshoot print issues, including color inconsistencies, and make necessary adjustments Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on print equipment Monitor production schedules and prioritize print jobs to meet deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient print production workspace Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in graphic arts, printing, or related field preferred Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator Solid understanding of color theory, ICC profiles, RIP software, and digital workflows Experience with print file preparation, including bleed, resolution, and layout accuracy Strong attention to detail and a commitment to print quality Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:
