Job Description:

Do you have experience in the custom apparel industry and want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment? We would love you to join our team at The Factory 10 (F10)! F10 designs and sells custom apparel for individuals, businesses, schools and other organizations all throughout the South Carolina and across the country. The ideal candidate will have printing experience, and exceptional people skills to help customers understand the various products and services we offer. Graphic design and sales experience is a plus! F10 Specializes in Direct to Film (DTF) & UV DTF printing. Experience working with these decorating typed is preferred, but training will be provided on site for the right person. This is a physical position that requires standing for extended periods throughout the day. The Print Specialist is responsible for carrying out the production process and ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner. One year of printing experience and one year of sales experience is preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take and understand work orders for printing jobs. Examine work orders to determine details including quantities to be printed, production timelines, and stock specifications. Set-up and operate automatic printing machines. Perform quality checks throughout the print run and ensure that quantities have been verified. Set up and calibrate printing machines and equipment and ensure that any issues are identified and handle promptly. Perform both regular and preventative maintenance on printing machines to ensure that it works well throughout the shift. Operate heat press machine for print production work order completion Maintain and clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Job Requirements:

Requires a highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent communication skills. Previous printing experience preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in dtf printing, prepress, and color management Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite preferred
