In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, pulling, staging, cleaning, and storing printing plates and cutting dies for our manufacturing lines. This position is vital to keeping our high-speed corrugated and display printing presses running efficiently with minimal downtime.

High SchoolResponsibilities Plate & Die Staging:
Locate, pull, and stage correct printing plates and cutting dies based on daily production schedules and job tickets.Computer & Inventory Tracking:
Use internal production/ERP computer software to check job specs, log plate locations, and maintain accurate inventory records.Inspection & Quality Control:
Visually inspect returned plates and dies for wear, damage, or defects; clean and perform minor maintenance before returning them to storage racks.Math & Measurements:
Measure, verify, and line up plate dimensions and job specs using basic shop math and tape measures to ensure alignment.Press Support:
Work closely with press operators to provide necessary tooling promptly, minimizing job changeover delays.
